Payment Terms
All payments made through the Website or Services will be processed via a third-party application called Paddle. You agree to Paddle's terms and conditions, which can be found on their website. You acknowledge that all payments are final, except as provided below. You may request a refund within seven (7) days of processing, and ColdConnector will process the refund in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration will be conducted in Sheikhupura, and the language of the arbitration will be English.
Changes to Terms
ColdConnector reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ColdConnector regarding your use of the Website and Services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
